Diane was a wonderful travel consultant as my husband and I planned our dream vacation this year. She started with a rough idea at best from us, and provided a slew of options to help us narrow down our choices. We finally settled on a trip to Paris and Bordeaux, where her expert advice guided us to plan a fabulous trip.

Even further, Diane consulted us as we proceeded to cancel the trip when my husband was laid off, and then piece it back together again a couple of months later once he found another job - only 10 days before we were scheduled to depart! I feel as if she's booked this trip for us multiple times. Throughout the entire ordeal, Diane was patient, professional, and a constant source of advice for us during a difficult time - always encouraging us and finding solutions so that we wouldn't have to sacrifice our vacation.
